For probe continuity test

The probe touches the board softly even during high-speed operation. Provides stability checking.

For pick & place work and inspection processes

When used on the z-axis of Pick and Place, it achieves high-speed, shockless transportation that could not be achieved with air cylinders. If used for vertical movement in the inspection process, it can be placed below the work surface to create a device with good workability even at high speeds.

For image inspection and work pusher

Image inspection at pick-up position. Stops softly even at high speeds, making inspections more stable. Can be used as a drive source for various units including work pushers as it operates quietly even at high speeds.
